Earlier Shah Rukh Khan also followed in Salman’s footsteps of not kissing onscreen
Salman Khan has been entertaining us for over two-and-a-half decades in the industry. In this long journey, the actor has donned various hats – changing from a rugged agent to a boy-next-door to a lover boy – in the different films that he has done. But, as a policy, he has always shied away from doing intimate scenes and kissing onscreen. And his fans seem to have had no issues with it but would they want to see him kiss onscreen ever? To see what they felt, we conducted a poll asking whether Salman Khan should kiss onscreen and one look at the results tells us that his fans would rather he stays away from kissing on screen.
While 60 percent of the audience doesn’t want Salman to kiss onscreen, 30 percent won’t mind him locking lips on screen. The remaining 10 percent couldn’t care if he kissed or not, as long as he was doing what he was good at – entertaining! While earlier Shah Rukh Khan also followed in Salman’s footsteps of not kissing onscreen, he broke the rule for a kissing scene with Katrina Kaif in Jab Tak Hai Jaan, followed by a scene with Anushka Sharma in his latest release, Jab Harry Met Sejal.
Salman Khan is currently juggling the shoot of Race 3 and promotions of his much-awaited flick, Tiger Zinda Hai. The trailer of the second installment of the Tiger franchise has already shattered many records post-release. Also featuring Katrina Kaif, Tiger Zinda Hai is set to hit screens on December 22, during the Christmas weekend. Coming back to Race 3, which went on floors yesterday, it is slated to release on Eid 2018. Apart from Salman, the film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol and Saqib Saleem in key roles.
